making of molds by the nobake process (for castings weighing 0.5-180 kg)

 - small-sized casting conveyor

                making of molds using clay sand in casting flasks of 700*800*250 mm (for castings weighing 3-190 kg)

  - large-sized casting conveyor

   making of molds using the nobake process in casting flasks 1200*1600*450 mm (for castings weighing 50-1,500 kg)

               - pit molding

              small-scale manufacturing (limited-edition or custom castings weighing 0.5-5,000 kg

               - Shakeout area where

castings are knocked out

 Melting operation

- melting of metal charge in induction furnaces operated at commercial frequencies

Pouring operation

- treatment of molten iron using the Sandwich process

- pouring of molten iron into molds

Fettling operation

- fettling and cleaning of castings, inspection and handing over  

Continuous casting operation
